THERAPEUTIC SERVICES
I offer individual therapy to adults and teenagers using a solution focused lens. We will initially focus on creating a solid treatment plan that aligns with client goals and then engage in ongoing therapy. At this time, I do not provide couples or family counseling, and am not able to take referrals for children under age 12.
I am able to offer an array of evaluations for referring entities. Please contact me to inquire regarding the following evaluation options:

SUPERVISION
I offer supervision to individuals currently pursuing their LPC or LAC. In supervision, I tend to focus on case review, growth in theoretical orientation, critical thinking skills, and overcoming individual obstacles in the field.
TRAINING
If your organization is requesting behavioral health subject matter trainings, please reach out! I have historically provided many trainings on the subjects of suicide prevention, personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, etc. I am also certified to teach both Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid.
