Thank you for taking the time to view my website and services. Let’s be real, sometimes the world can be a tough place. And while many us try to figure it out on our own, it can be helpful to entrust another to support in the struggle.
Located in Conifer Colorado, I have been practicing therapy for 10 years. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and Master Addiction Counselor. My specialties include forensic populations, substance use, mood disorders, and risk assessment. I am a firm believer that everyone deserves a chance to live their best life, whether that person has legal involvement, struggles with substances, or has difficulties managing day to day. I am also passionate about the growth of other clinicians, and want to support those who are currently pursuing licensure.
In addition to therapeutic and supervision services, I am always on the lookout for opportunities to teach others about a wide array of behavioral health concerns; I am certified in Youth and Mental Health First Aid, and can also provide specialty subject matter trainings by request.
My Approach
I am solution focused by nature, and therefore, whether in practicing therapy or supervision, I tend to utilize the theoretic orientation of Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I am also trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Strength Based approaches.
